Lopesan Hotel Group lands in Asia

Lopesan Hotel Group makes history by landing in Asia and becoming the first Canarian hotel chain with a presence in Thailand. Through its management and marketing company, Lopesan Hotel Management (LHM), Lopesan Collection Hotel, a 5-star luxury resort (*****) located in Khao Lak, in the province of Phang Nga, has joined the Eden Beach Resort & Spa, the Group’s 22nd hotel and LHM’s seventh management contract, in addition to the consolidation of the Kumara Serenoa by Lopesan Hotels hotel in the south of Gran Canaria.

The project to transform Lopesan Hotel Group into a first class international management company and the commercialisation of third party properties maintains its growth deadlines, highlighted the CEO of the Lopesan Group, Francisco López, who pointed out that the ambitious expansion plan of Lopesan Hotel Management consists of doubling the company’s international accommodation offer over the next five years.

Eden Beach Resort & Spa, a Lopesan Collection Hotel occupies more than 30,000 square metres and offers guests 208 luxury accommodations in a wide variety of categories, including suites of up to 30 square metres and villas with private pools. It is a resort created to offer an exotic and relaxing experience to its guests, who can enjoy the friendliness of its staff, a suggestive gastronomic proposal and a wide range of personalised services, in which the Om Spa Eden Beach stands out.

Lopesan Hotel Management as a successful ecosystem

The innovative concept proposed by Lopesan Hotel Management, as the marketing and management company of the Lopesan Hotel Group, integrates the high capacity of its teams specialised in commercial management and the development of marketing plans, which attend to all stages of the customer journey. The expertise of the Processes Department, in the implementation of the know-how of the protocols necessary to create a top quality product, plays a basic role in the project, adding the technical and administrative knowledge acquired over the last decades and guaranteeing the success of this new business venture.

With Eden Beach Resort & Spa joining Lopesan Collection Hotel, LHM becomes the second Spanish hotel company with a presence in Thailand and one of only five national groups with operations in Asia. This momentous expansion move is accompanied by intense collaboration with tactical suppliers, who will provide some of the most powerful technology tools in the market and create a high-performance innovation ecosystem.

The implementation of Revenue Management plans, structured by LHM, allows us to analyse and model the behaviour of the resort’s clientele, the market in which it is integrated and its competition, shaping an effective revenue growth strategy, with results that can be counted over the next five years. Direct marketing, through new marketing approaches, the activation of communication plans, cooperation with advertising partners and the use of state-of-the-art technological instruments, make up the roadmap that LHM will implement to meet the challenges set by the global tourism vanguard, in which Eden Beach Resort & Spa, a Lopesan Collection Hotel, aspires to consolidate its position.
